Pay Scale: $16-18hr.
Summary
The Data Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining data sets that are better suited
for centralized management rather than clinic management. This includes data entry of State data sets such as NC-TOPPS and e508, as well and LME specific data sets such as authorization corrections. Coordinates data tracking and follow-up with clinical and support staff. Performs miscellaneous IS functions such as maintenance of parameter files and backup support for help desk.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Extremely proficient with Internet-based data entry.
- Ability to effectively use supplied tracking/monitoring tools to follow-up with staff regarding data deficiencies.
- Ability to articulate the parameters of the State/LME data requirements to staff.
Education and/or Experience: 2 years experience with both data entry and data coordination throughout an organization. Experience working with behavioral healthcare transactions preferred.
