As a Data Product Specialist you will partner with business, data domain owners/stewards, and technology teams to define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision-making, strengthen data domain maturity, and measurably advance business outcomes.

  • I can define and drive a data product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business priorities, value, and delivery feasibility. 

  • I can lead end-to-end data product lifecycle practices (intake, discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, measurement, and retirement). 

  • I can partner with data domain owners and stewards to assess current-state maturity, define target maturity, and execute a plan to close gaps.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
