Department /Position Description:
The Consumer Decision & Sciences (C&DS) department is a data-driven team with a wide range of technical skills and responsibilities. Some teams focus on analyzing data trends and providing insights through commentary/recommendations. Others are tasked with building and maintaining the data products that support these analyses. This structure allows for a collaborative approach to data, where insights and infrastructure work hand-in-hand . Overall, the department emphasizes both data interpretation and data creation to drive informed decision-making .
This Data Analytics Co-op role will work collaboratively with the digital product managers, fulfillment data visualization analysts, data scientists, IT, technical teams, and the fulfillment teams to develop analytical solutions to enable reporting end users to understand and improve fulfillment performance. This role will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the fulfillment business processes and how these processes are captured and reflected in our data environments and use this knowledge to consult on data pipelines and develop data models and dashboards to support the fulfillment and brand operations teams
Qualifications:
  • Working towards a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
  • Coding experience (preferred SQL and/or Python )
  • Concept of Relational & Non-Relational data
  • Fact & Dimensional Modeling
  • PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
  • Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20
