Core Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business strategies and translate them into analytical approaches. Lead projects from scoping to delivery, providing both tactical and strategic guidance.
Data Acquisition & Validation: Source structured and unstructured data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends and insights using advanced statistical and modeling methods. Review and validate techniques used by peers.
Insight Communication: Create compelling visualizations and presentations that translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for business partners.
Process Ownership: Develop and manage recurring analytics and reporting processes to support ongoing business needs.
Team Development: Mentor and coach junior analysts, share best practices, and foster continuous learning across the team.
Special Projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience with Python, SQL & Advanced Analytics
Ability to independently interface with non-technical partners (business leaders/specialists) and technical teams (engineers) and communicate effectively to these groups
Experience with data storytelling through visualization
Preferences:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred
Experience with advanced modeling techniques is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of people analytics
