This role is responsible for PMO governance, portfolio planning, delivery discipline, executive reporting, and financial oversight across complex cross-functional programs. Oversees multiple complex projects or programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery of expected outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in program management, change management a proven track record delivering initiatives and strategic priorities, and solid financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers responsible for delivering strategic priorities and initiatives.
Manage bi-weekly reporting cadences, delivering tailored to senior leadership, program leadership, and project teams.
Synthesize insights from data, prior updates, and cross‑team signals to inform executive‑level decision‑making.
Lead strategic planning and prioritization of project portfolios in alignment with organizational objectives.
Introduce and champion AI‑enabled practices that modernize how the PMO collects data, validates inputs, and generates outputs.
Manage budgets and financial forecasts across, ensuring cost optimization and value delivery.
Monitor performance metrics, risks, and issues at a program level and implement mitigation strategies.
Partner with senior leadership to align program outcomes with enterprise strategy and communicate progress effectively.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management roles.
5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering large-scale, high complexity programs within a matrixed organization.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
Agile or SAFe certifications are a plus.
