How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage and oversee Lead/Senior Auditors to deliver on IT and technology audit projects, reviewing audit work as necessary.
- Manage projects related to NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800 series, CIS Controls, ISO 27001/27002, OWASP, Payment Card Industry, Data Privacy, IT General Controls (ITGC), and other laws and regulations governing the corporation.
- Develop and train Lead/Senior Auditors to be current on technical skills, industry knowledge and relevant business developments.
- Assist internal leadership in developing the audit objectives, scope, audit plan, and procedures.
- Contribute to overall internal audit team by providing insight to IT audit principals and concepts and assisting with IT-specific information as necessary.
- Review audit results, manage the preparation of audit summaries that identify gaps and provide recommendations, and present to Senior Management within Finance, IT, Engineering, and Network Management.
- Evaluate management's remediation action plans and related reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the team and with individuals throughout the organization.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or Finance
Experience
- 5+ years of IT audit, compliance, or technology experience
- Experience with various technologies, including networks, platforms, and applications
- Experience in performing information security assessments
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in written and verbally, to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to define effective audit plans and effectively coach experienced Cyber & IT Auditors
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and information technology audit and control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, and PCI
- Knowledge of ERP security and application control identification and testing
- Knowledge of security architecture
- Knowledge of risk assessment design and familiarity with tools and techniques used to provide control and monitoring mechanisms
- Knowledge of business continuity management and disaster recovery
- Knowledge of business processes and system integration controls
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of leading through influence, relationship building and strategy development, and execution
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT audit methodologies and control frameworks across IT platforms, processes, systems and controls, covering areas such as network security, logical access, and change management at the infrastructure and application layers
- Knowledge of cable television products and services
- Knowledge of various network architectures, services, systems, applications, development platforms, network/security technologies, and web application security inluding cross-site scripting and SQL injection
- Ability to use information security tools to exploit vulnerabilities in networks and applications
