As a Cyber Defense & Engineering Manager, you will lead cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments, mentor staff, manage client engagements, and enhance cybersecurity measures for critical infrastructures.

As part of the Cybersecurity team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity

- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering
- SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+
- ISA/IEC 62443 certification
- Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, CWSP / CWNA
- Leading OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and design
- Managing vendor relationships and product evaluations
- Conducting OT security maturity assessments
- Staying current on emerging OT/ICS threats and technologies
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
