Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.

In this role, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience for customers while supporting daily operations and maintaining clear communication between customers and internal team members.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, stays organized, and is interested in developing strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities
