The Customer Success Manager will serve as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team. Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives. Make hiring decisions, schedule your team, and process payroll. Identify and groom promising talent on the team. Ensure that all members of the team are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives. Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other ad hoc training. Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide your team to perform up to standard. Telecommuting and working from home permitted.


Must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written. Requires a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance. No experience required, but must have graduate coursework in Insurance risk management and Operational risk management. The base salary is $247,333/year.
