Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Coordinator that can do a 3-day hybrid approach onsite in one of our offices. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill set. 

Summary Statement

Develops and advances relationships with agency customers to provide differentiated agency and policyholder service coordination for a portfolio of designated agencies and policyholders.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties

  • Collaborates with agency customers, policyholders and internal business partners to develop and implement service strategies that address customer needs.
  • Responsible for recognizing and escalating service requests that are outside of prescribed service guidelines.
  • Educates agencies and policyholders about the tools and resources Amerisure has available to improve the customer experience.
  • Assists with scheduling service-related reviews and making sure necessary updates have been made prior to requisite meetings.
  • Assists with assembling new account onboarding materials, account resource guides, stewardship reports and other materials as required.
  • Monitors data integrity for large complex policyholders.
  • Proactively addresses any gaps in service between Amerisure and agency or policyholder.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years commercial underwriting, premium audit, commercial agency, loss control and/or claims experience.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Capable of organizing, multi-tasking and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to make prompt, intelligent decisions based upon detailed analysis of complex issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
