We’re looking for a skilled and solutions-driven Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer to join our MarTech consulting team. In this role, you’ll partner with a CDP Platform Architect to design, implement, and support integrations that connect customer data across a wide range of marketing and technology platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving integration challenges, is comfortable working across multiple client engagements, and is confident executing across the full lifecycle of CDP implementation—from discovery to QA. It is a delivery-focused role intended for engineers who are energized by hands-on work across systems and tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on CDP implementation, MarTech engineering, or customer data integration
  • Cloud storage administrations and data movement using ADLS, AWS S3 and/or GCP is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, API and Webhook development and integration experience
  • Experience with one or more enterprise CDPs (e.g., Segment, Amperity, Braze, Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Zeta)
  • Design & implement data modeling, attribute mapping and data integrations across disparate platforms
  • Able to work autonomously, able to self-start and maintain
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted point of contact for clients, through technical troubleshooting and data analysis, while providing creative solutions to unique situations, as well as responding to application failures
  • Provide seamless integration of the CDP with applications, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools and other components of the MarTech ecosystem
  • Run discovery with clients, learning their objectives and then working on designing and developing solutions that are aligned with it (including but not limited to integrating various data sources like customer profile data, real-time event data, and audience segmentation to drive personalized experiences
  • Lead implementation tasks and oversee client progress while providing project status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, assisting with data integration and implementation and possibly some enterprise platform migrations
  • Work with our technology strategists to create in-depth documentation, that could include system diagrams and technical details of implementation efforts
  • Support QA processes and data validation to ensure implementation quality and performance
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain technology expertise
  • Identify growth opportunities and help improve mature clients' marketing technology capabilities
