How you’ll make an impact:
Creative optimisation is one of our most important levers to drive acquisition efficiency for both Paid and Organic channels. As a Creative Strategy Manager at Xero, your role will involve analysing data, identifying trends, and creating personalised and engaging ad content. You will drive the global creative optimisation agenda for our Performance Marketing team by combining landing page and creative optimisation into a unified strategy and you will have the opportunity to drive outsized impact via the deployment of highly sophisticated user journeys that match the users' intent and drive conversions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across Social, Display, TikTok and other channels
- Work in partnership with our Creative Hub (our internal agency) to develop a scalable process to continuously produce and test high-performing creatives at scale
- Analyse and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to make data-driven recommendations on future tests and creative development roadmaps
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align creative optimisation efforts with regional and GTM campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad creative best practices
What you'll bring with you:
- 3+ years experience working in/across the Digital Marketing space
- Direct testing and platform performance experience
- Experience working in a digital and/or creative agency
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, TikTok
- Deep expertise in ad creative of all formats
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data to insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
