Creative Director - Dallas (Remote)

Leads and scales global sales enablement for sales, customer success, and partnership teams. Develops training, onboarding, certification, coaching, playbooks, competitive intelligence, messaging, and enablement content. Oversees platforms such as Highspot and MindTickle, drives adoption of sales tools, measures program impact, improves sales processes, and communicates enablement strategy and KPIs across global organizations.

Manages technology projects from scope validation through delivery, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, procurement, documentation, and client communication. Partners with engineers, sales, customers, and third-party consultants across multiple technology stacks. Leads cross-functional teams, negotiates scope and change, ensures profitability and stakeholder satisfaction, supports presales opportunities, and mentors associate project managers. Requires strong communication, project management methodology knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects in professional services.

Serves as a liaison among CDW, university IT and administration, and technology partners. Builds campus customer relationships, researches technology trends, identifies strategic opportunities, and educates university stakeholders about CDW’s value. The intern works independently on campus for 15–25 hours weekly, receives paid training and mentorship, and gains customer-facing experience while balancing academic responsibilities.
