Description

Zenity, a Gartner Cool Vendor and leader in securing Agentic AI, is hiring a Creative Digital Media Manager to define how the world experiences our brand. This role is about more than producing assets. It is about creating the visual identity of a new category in cybersecurity.

You will own digital design, booth experiences, and web design that put Zenity in front of global enterprise security leaders. Your work will appear on our website, across campaigns, in product videos, and as large-scale event environments that demand attention.

What You Will Do

  • Design booth experiences that stand out on crowded show floors and bring Zenity’s brand to life in physical spaces
  • Lead web design projects including landing pages, product pages, and campaign microsites
  • Create bold graphics and visual assets for campaigns, launches, and content marketing
  • Edit short-form video for product demos, event promotion, and social media
  • Develop event visuals beyond the booth including stage screens, signage, and supporting materials
  • Translate cybersecurity and AI concepts into visuals that resonate with both practitioners and buyers
  • Build a scalable design studio with systems, templates, and processes that enable all teams to work faster and more consistently
  • Deliver reusable design resources that empower marketing, product, and field teams without reinventing the wheel
  • Use feedback and guidance as fuel to sharpen output and raise the creative bar across the company

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong portfolio showing digital design, booth design, and web design work, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Proven experience building scalable design systems, creating templates, and enabling cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with skills in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro
  • Hands-on experience with Design and Creative AI tools with the ability to apply them to production workflows
  • Knowledge of UX and UI principles and experience optimizing web design for engagement and conversion
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with the hunger to ask for feedback, act on guidance, and continuously improve

Why Zenity

This is your chance to own the creative front line of a company defining a new market. At Zenity you will not only design assets. You will build the creative systems that scale a category-defining brand and push the boundaries of design with AI.
