Job Description

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Corporate Communications to shape and lead our global communications strategy. This leader will craft a unified voice that builds brand reputation, engages stakeholders, and fosters a culture of transparency, alignment, and resilience across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic advisor and hands-on builder — someone who thrives in complexity, leads with grit, and inspires trust through clear, authentic communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a global communications strategy that reflects CLEAReult's long-term objectives and growth initiatives.

  • Advise and support executive leaders in delivering clear, compelling messages that inform, align, and inspire internal and external audiences.

  • Lead enterprise-wide communication efforts during organizational transitions, cultural initiatives, and business transformations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, managing sensitive communications and promoting transparency, trust, and alignment.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, including Executive Leadership, HR, Change Management, and Shared Services, to drive cohesive and impactful messaging.

  • Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality communications, including executive messages, internal announcements, and strategic campaigns.

  • Measure and evaluate communications effectiveness using analytics, feedback, and data-driven insights to continuously improve clarity and engagement.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and reputational risks, proactively shaping messaging strategies that position CLEAResult as a thought leader in the energy efficiency space.

  • Support organizational change initiatives by crafting narratives, readiness plans, and messaging frameworks that drive adoption and cultural alignment.

  • Mentor and develop a team of communications professionals, fostering skill growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related fields, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven ability to build and lead communications strategies for complex, global organizations.

  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience leading communications through change, transformation, and high-growth environments.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align communications with company strategy and goals.

  • Resilient, collaborative, and adaptable — thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Compensation Range

$141,900.00 - $212,900.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
