The Role
As a Corporate Brand and Design Lead, you will define, elevate, and safeguard Presidio’s brand identity and visual storytelling across every customer, partner, and internal touchpoint, from digital and social to sponsorships, events, PR, and executive communications. You will also serve as the marketing team’s leader in pioneering AI-driven design and brand practices, shaping how generative AI and emerging creative technologies are adopted, governed, and scaled across the function. Reporting to the VP of Communications and Brand, you will partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Sales leadership to translate brand and business strategy into compelling, consistent, and increasingly AI-enabled design across the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own and evolve Presidio’s brand identity system, including visual guidelines, templates, and standards, ensuring consistency across web, social, sales enablement, events, and executive communications.
- Lead the marketing team’s adoption of AI-powered design and creative tools, establishing best practices, workflows, and guardrails that increase speed and quality while protecting brand integrity.
- Partner with the VP of Communications and Brand to translate brand and communications strategy into compelling visual storytelling across digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Lead creative direction and design execution for major brand moments, including sponsorship activations, press and PR initiatives, executive events, and company-wide campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external design agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, ensuring on time, on-brand delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Events, and Sales teams to design assets that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.
- Develop and maintain brand templates for recurring deliverables, including newsletters, executive decks, one-pagers, social content, and internal communications.
- Establish design QA processes to ensure all customer- and partner-facing materials meet brand standards prior to publication.
- Champion AI fluency across the marketing organization, upskilling teammates on generative design, content, and creative production tools through training, playbooks, and hands-on mentorship.
- Stay current on design trends, AI advancements, and marketing technology to continuously modernize Presidio’s visual presence and creative operating model.
Required Skills and Professional Experience:
- Proven expertise in brand identity systems, visual design, and creative direction.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, generative image/video platforms, Figma AI) and a track record of integrating them into brand and design workflows.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent design initiatives and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate strategy into design and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Experience developing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across a large, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI adoption and upskilling within a creative or marketing team, balancing innovation with brand governance and quality control.
Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or professional services marketing.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or web design (HTML/CSS, Webflow, or similar).
- Experience managing external creative agencies or freelance design resources.
- Background supporting sponsorship marketing, event branding, or experiential design.
- Experience developing AI usage guidelines, prompt libraries, or training programs for creative teams.
Education and Experience:
