Controller – US Region

Location: Orlando, FL | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Type: Permanent

The Role
As the Controller for our US Region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across the region. You will partner with senior leaders and global stakeholders to maintain strong financial controls, support strategic planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation are encouraged.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week. 

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain strong financial controls to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Own monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit activities
  • Partner with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, planning, tax reporting, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • CPA required
  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Controllership roles, ideally across both public and private environments
  • Experience managing financial reporting processes under GAAP
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and functions

  • Experience supporting tax reporting requirements (Property Tax, Sales & Use Tax, Corporate Tax)
