About the project

Fixpoint is hiring Training and Development Specialists for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Training and Development Specialists.

You're a good fit if you have experience with:

  • Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.

RequirementsMust-have qualifications
  • Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Health Care and Social Assistance.
  • Native-level English skills
  • U.S. residency
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

  • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.

  • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
