This position is responsible for following CSG contract preparation and approval process requirements to draft, evaluate, and execute low to moderate complex contracts and related documents at the direction of CSG attorneys and more senior members of the Contract Management team and/or in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. These documents include, but not limited to, customer and/or vendor contracts, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements. Most documents follow a defined and repetitive template. 

We are looking for a Contract Administration Manager who will:

  • Draft, evaluate, and execute routine customer and/or vendor contracts, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents supporting multiple internal lines of business to ensure compliance with CSG policies and applicable laws and regulations, escalating for guidance as necessary. 
  • Take guidance from CSG attorneys and Legal management on non-routine contracts (including negotiating 3rd party paper contracts or redlines to CSG templates), RFPs, special projects and/or other transactions.
  • Maintain repository of all CSG contracts in CSG’s contract lifecycle management system.
  • Update and maintain CSG standard contract templates.
  • The role is accountable for professional working behavior including building and maintaining constructive working relationships inside and outside the Legal department, participating in operational and tactical teams within functional areas, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG’s core competencies and values.  This role will begin to develop an understanding of areas of specialization within the company.
  • Support the IT team for CSG’s contract lifecycle management system, including assisting in testing, training and communication of any enhancements and upgrades.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Paralegal education or certificate is desirable
  • A minimum of five (5) years of contract administration experience is strongly preferred 
  • Previous experience in contract administration with a corporate company is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with a contract lifecycle management system is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions
  • Solid analytical and assessment skills, including the ability to summarize results and conclusions concisely
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated experience drafting simple contracts within prescribed templates and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, customers, vendors, partners and third parties
  • Ability to work independently on routine responsibilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization with competing priorities and time sensitive contract review and creation 
  • Mid to Advance level Microsoft Word experience; proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$64,938.52-$103,901.85

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
