Job Description
Organize, and manage business operations for the global Sales function, including handling executive-level special projects and working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other global functions and business teams. The Global Forecast and Analytics Senior Manager interacts with virtually every aspect of the company, with some members embedded within other teams. Focus on clean, accurate reporting as deal complexity grows. This is a highly matrixed organization operating in a dynamic, high-growth global business environment.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

What you get to do in this role:
- Support creation of CRPO and forecast analysis readouts including Global Forecast, ensuring accurate representation of our business at all times in the CRM system.
- Data analysis, updates and execution in support of a clean summary and forecast on a daily, weekly, monthly , quarterly basis
- Execute operational aspects of the Global Forecast Operational Cadence, including weekly forecast emails, analysis, operational dashboards, monitoring and measurement of communications activities.
- Support consistency across the GEO Reporting teams, with a focus on scale, analysis and usability.
- Work directly with global sales ops leadership to ensure focus and cleanliness in read outs on key reporting metrics
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in operational roles, including project and budget management, with a proven track record of delivering business and organizational outcomes.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to prioritize tasks and see the "big picture."
- Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity while maintaining a strong action-oriented drive.
- High energy, strong work ethic, and disciplined execution skills with a commitment to delivering results.
- Waltham Office based 2/+ days a week.
