Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Own the organization, governance, and evolution of a digital adoption content hub, ensuring it provides relevant, high-quality resources aligned with customer needs and product milestones.
- Lead content strategy initiatives for our instructor-led content programs, ensuring it supports but the needs of our training partners and customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, design, and engineering teams to align learning content initiatives with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Use data and customer insights to continuously assess content performance and inform content planning, prioritization, and optimization efforts.
- Support the execution of content projects that support customer learning and adoption.
Collaboration & Partnership
- Partner with the Learning Solutions & Programs team to guide the development of high-touch programs that will drive enterprise engagement.
- Contribute to the planning and prioritization of content projects, balancing business goals and team capacity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Learning, Product, Marketing) to ensure content is integrated into customer-facing channels and initiatives.
- Support the adoption of learning content by communicating its value and purpose to internal stakeholders.
Research, Measurement & Improvement
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Atlassian Learning's content catalog to provide recommendations that meet the needs of different programs.
- Gather and analyze feedback, data, and research to inform content decisions and measure impact.
- Conduct content audits and recommend improvements to enhance quality and effectiveness.
- Stay current on learning trends and best practices, applying new insights to content strategy and planning.
Communication & Influence
- Clearly communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to team members and stakeholders.
- Share content strategy concepts and best practices with peers, contributing to a culture of learning and quality.
- Help facilitate discussions and support team members in navigating change and implementing new initiatives.
Systems & Content Architecture
- Contribute to the planning and organization of content models and structures to support learning journeys.
- Apply knowledge of information architecture and content management systems to improve content discoverability and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in content strategy, curriculum design, instructional design, or related fields, with a track record of delivering impactful content projects through partnership and influence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working with and strategizing for enterprise-level customers.
- Strong analytical skills; able to use data and feedback to inform content decisions.
- Understanding of customer learning needs, instructional design principles, and content governance.
- Experience working with contractors or cross-functional teams to deliver content (as a partner, not as a developer).
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
