Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Content & Social Media Specialist who will own Czech content production and day-to-day execution across social media, website and marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, briefs and creative concepts for organic and paid social media.

  • Film and edit short-form video content and produce native social assets.

  • Own and maintain the Czech content calendar and ensure consistent execution.

  • Publish/schedule content across social channels and manage day-to-day community communication.

  • Write/ translate/proofread and review Czech marketing content.

  • Create and update website content, course descriptions and landing-page copy.

  • Prepare briefs for designers and coordinate content-related tasks and deadlines.

  • Review creatives and copy before launch to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Track content performance and use learnings to improve future formats, topics and creatives.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation or a similar role.

  • Proficient in Czech with strong copywriting, proofreading and localization skills.

  • Conversational English.

  • Hands-on experience creating content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, etc

  •  Ability to independently film, edit and produce short-form video content.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

  • Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools to speed up and improve content production. This may include:

    • AI video & visual creation: Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney or similar

    • AI voice & audio: ElevenLabs, Cartesia or similar
