About PushPress

PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.

We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.

We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.

We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Creative & Social who will own the creative execution and social presence of PushPress. This person will design, produce, and publish content that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and amplifies community connection across all social channels. Working closely with the Head of Content and creative partners, they’ll translate strategic ideas into visually compelling, shareable assets that inspire and convert.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Head of Content to develop a scalable content engine across webinars, podcasts, and owned media
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns cross-team and cross-department, including event calendar, product roadmap, and marketing campaigns
  • Own and execute a social media strategy across all platforms, balancing brand building, thought leadership, and lead generation
  • Design and produce creative assets including short-form videos, graphics, and animations for social channels (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the broader Content team (design, production, and contractors) to adapt raw assets into campaign concepts, optimizing for social channels
  • Maintain and optimize the content calendar, coordinating across teams to align with launches, events, and campaigns
  • Track and report social KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and pipeline generation sharing results weekly with the Head of Content and stakeholders
  • Develop and optimize workflows, templates, and processes to unlock streamlined, high-quality content production

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • Demonstrated success growing brand social media channels and delivering measurable engagement results
  • Hands-on ability to create and publish social-first content including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for multiple channels
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience building and maintaining social calendars
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to translate strategy into creative execution
  • Willingness to take ownership of execution while staying aligned with strategic direction from the Head of Content

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and workflow automation
  • Understanding of social video trends and emerging formats
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or technology
