Consultants are integral members of the EDU Innovations Team. This position will be responsible for engaging client stakeholders with our EDPlan MTSS solution. PCG is seeking a Consultant to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a growing national consulting team. Consultants play a key role in the advancement of business development opportunities and the ongoing support of our existing clients. This role will primarily focus on the execution of client success while collaborating on team-wide business development strategies. For the right motivated individual, there is an excellent opportunity for career development and advancement. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable, flexible, enthusiastic, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Clients
• Lead clients through implementation and training processes for our web-based technologies related to MTSS.
• Leading complex projects and/or producing sophisticated deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with local school districts, and state departments and their teachers.
• Assist with preparation of other written reports and materials for clients.
• Other responsibilities, as necessary.
Collaboration & Coordination
• Serve as an internal consultant to other projects or product lines
• Assist proposal teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions
• Help lead Business Development efforts for the Business Line
• Prepare materials for training seminars and sales presentations.
• Contribute to a professional and respectful team dynamic with a culture of mutual accountability
• Deliver results in terms of client success metrics, both individually and collaboratively
• Collaborate and coordinate with Regional Teams and other functional areas to meet our clients’ needs. Examples include:
o Coordinate with EDPlan MTSS and Regional Teams in creation of status update meeting materials, respond to data or reporting requests, and evolve our services based on training and helpdesk feedback
o Serve as a main point of contact internally for Regional Teams - review new opportunities for viability, potential market shifts, and areas of risk
o Serve as the client contact regarding the change request process and involve appropriate team members
o Coordination with Technical Business Analyst to articulate change requests and product feedback and support execution of changes in the form of user acceptance testing (UAT) and training documentation

Preferred Experience:

• Expertise with the MTSS framework in the education setting in a leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or professional equivalent preferred
• 3+ years’ experience working for a State Education Agency or a Local Education Agency with specific responsibilities in the area of intervention (MTSS).
• Expertise using EDPlan as either a customer or a super user.
• Expertise using Asana or comparable task management, or project management, tools
Working Conditions
• Work in remote for foreseeable future.
• Travel to client sites required (up to 35% and location varies).

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $66,600-$99,999. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
