Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) in Seal Beach California or Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking an Configuration Management Specialist (Associate, Experienced and Lead) to support the ESS - MPA Phase 3 Program.
Responsibilities of this position include but not limited to oversee and review of software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards, oversee configuration control of work products, generating CM records as evidence of adherence to CM plans and Boeing standards, verifies accuracy of deliveries, both internal and external, support Change Boards, and responds to internal audits and customer queries. This position requires the CM representative to lead the CM activities for the program and also be responsible for maintaining large number of documents.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Seal Beach CA or Colorado Springs CO
This position also requires the person to have an active DOD-Secret Clearance.
Position Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities of a Software CM practitioner include but not limited to review of software documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards, oversee configuration control of software work products, generates Software CM records as evidence of adherence to Software CM plans and Boeing standards, verifies accuracy of software deliveries, both internal and external, support
• Change Boards, and responds to internal audits and customer queries
• Other duties include, evaluate contracts and modifications in order to establish Contract Data Requests List (CDRL) and Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) submittal schedules to meet contract, input those schedules and the meta data into a data tracking system to allow for notifications to responsible parties of submittal schedules
• Review submittals for compliance to contract and work with Procurement and Subcontractors to ensure timely data submittals

This position is expected to be fully on site in Seal Beach, California or Colorado Springs, CO.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Active DOD-Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
• 1-3 years of experience in Configuration Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Level 3: 3-5 years of experience in Configuration Management
• Level 4: 6-8 years of experience in Configuration Management
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• NDIA certification
• Experienced in Automated Builds & DevSecOps

Typical Education/Experience:
Lead, Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.)
Lead, Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Lead, Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Level 2: $72.250 - $104,650
Level 3: $90,100 - $129,950
Level 4: $112,200 - $162,150
