Community Manager

Schedule: Monday Through Friday - and at least one weekend per month

Behind Every Exceptional Community Is a Team That Runs It Flawlessly

At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see—it’s embedded in how we operate every day.

We’re looking for a Community Manager who takes pride in driving measurable results across occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while leading a high-performing team.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will lead the full performance of the community, with direct accountability for occupancy, NOI, and team execution. Success in this role is defined by your ability to consistently hit financial targets, maintain strong retention, and operate a well-run, high-standard community

Key areas of focus include:

  • Driving occupancy to 95%+ through effective leasing strategy and lead conversion
  • Managing delinquency and expenses to protect and grow NOI performance
  • Leading and developing leasing and service teams to meet performance expectations
  • Executing retention strategies to maintain strong renewal rates and resident satisfaction
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance, asset quality, and brand standards

This is a role for someone who is performance-driven, holds themselves and others accountable to clear metrics, and is comfortable making decisions that impact the bottom line.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in multifamily property management, including budget management, financial reporting, team leadership, resident management and leasing performance, with a track record of hitting or exceeding operational goals.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.

Why Northwood Ravin

We believe exceptional communities are built by exceptional people and we are intentional about supporting both.

Our team is supported through competitive compensation, personal development, housing opportunities within our communities, and an elevated benefits experience designed to promote well-being, financial stability, and life beyond work.

We offer retirement planning with company match, generous paid time off, and dedicated time to give back through volunteer initiatives.

Our commitment to you evolves over time, through expanded time off, enhanced retirement contributions, reduced benefit costs, and meaningful recognition at key milestones.

Our Culture

We’re collaborative, accountable, and committed to excellence in everything we do. There’s a shared pride in our work and a shared understanding that the details matter.

If you’re looking to be part of a team that operates with intention and high standards, we’d love to connect.
