Commercial Treasury Product Manager Sr
The Commercial Treasury Product Manager Senior job manages a variety of investment initiatives related to development, product strategy, management, and advocacy. Under limited supervision, this job contributes to the product lifecycle and gains exposure across the product platform.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Drives competitive market research and hones product development skills that creates a competitive advantage.
- Manages a pipeline of prospective investors and optimizes the investor experience through product platform enhancements.
- Researches competitor strategies; develops product investment ideas and competitive selling points to attract clients.
- Solicits client feedback to support identifying and implementing improvements to the product platform experience.
- Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Educational Requirements
- No Advanced Degree Required Preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in Treasury Management/Commercial Banking product management.
- Proven lifecycle ownership with strong risk, control, and compliance acumen.
- Experience with fraud/risk platforms, file transfer (SFTP/API), and embedded/partner integrations.
- Strong data skills (SQL/BI tools), building and interpreting product and risk reports.
- Cross functional leadership with Sales, Technology, Ops, Risk, and Compliance.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in Treasury Management/Commercial Banking product management.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or related); MBA or relevant certifications (highly preferred).
- Working knowledge of NACHA, Reg CC, check rules, UCC, and information security standards.
- Ability to travel for client/partner and internal engagements as needed.
