What you’ll do:
  • Lead and develop a team of Commercial Lines Underwriters
  • Drive profitable growth + portfolio strategy
  • Strengthen agency/broker relationships and market presence
  • Partner with leadership to shape underwriting direction
What you bring:
  • 5+ years Commercial Lines underwriting experience
  • Leadership or team lead experience
  • Strong middle market expertise (GL, WC, Property, Auto)
  • Proven ability to balance growth + profitability
