Lead a team of commercial claims specialists handling moderate to complex commercial general liability claims in Southeastern venues. Assign and review work, ensure proper investigation, reserving, settlement and defense of claims, manage suit files, provide coaching, perform quality assurance, and maintain required adjuster licensing.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve commercial general liability claims (primarily New York), draft coverage position letters, manage defenses for complex claims, handle some litigated files, attend mediations/trials, interpret laws and court decisions, and mentor junior team members.

Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain moderately complex to complex software applications. Create high-quality code, run tests and troubleshoot, document technical and installation procedures, collaborate with architects and analysts, support application maintenance, and propose continuous improvement solutions.

Design and implement AI/ML platforms, establish secure connectivity, build CI/CD pipelines, integrate conversational AI, and ensure security compliance in insurance processes.

Lead and manage a team of underwriters, ensuring compliance with underwriting policies and developing strategic plans for profitable growth in commercial lines insurance.

Maintain and secure the organization's LAN/WAN infrastructure by configuring routers and switches, troubleshooting network hardware/software issues, monitoring performance, collaborating with vendors, recommending upgrades, supporting large-scale system planning, maintaining change-control documentation, and developing disaster recovery scripts. Participate in testing and enforcement of corporate network standards and perform other duties as assigned.
