$75.40 - $120.65Major Responsibilities
- Oversees the development and execution of employment brand strategies including brand positioning, communication strategies and brand guardrails. Informs internal and external partners as required to ensure effective and efficient translation of brand strategies into activation plans.
Directs highly creative employment brand and recruitment marketing strategies to meet recruitment needs, including social media, digital ads, print communications, video production, careers website and job boards. Responsible for the direction and creation of campaigns and templates in areas of greatest need.
Creates a strategy which utilizes analyses to track competition and market growth; assessing messaging and positioning, opportunities and threats for our brand.
Monitors employment brand development/activity and acts on brand health measures and utilizes data to help understand the marketplace.
Partners cross-functionally to ensure information sharing is timely and collaborates with internal TA teams to ensure enterprise branding and local branding needs are met.
Establishes a strong relationship with recruiting, sourcing, onboarding and TA operations team and ensures follow-up of cross functional responsibilities.
Builds teams responsible for the monitoring and analysis of social media recruitment trends to identify opportunities for change or improvement. Identifies emerging platforms and determines fit and implementation strategy.
Defines recruitment marketing and job distribution best practices, tools and vendors, managing internal and external partnerships with the goal of defining/redefining the employee value proposition, elevating brand awareness and measuring distribution networks.
Manages spend on campaigns and multiple vendor relationships in order to measure ROI and determine future focus and spend.
Creates programs and strategies to train and provide resources for employee ambassadors in order to more widely and authentically share our employment brand, purpose and values. This includes social media sharing, referrals and employment review sites.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field

Work Experience
Typically requires 7 years of related work experience in Talent Acquisition, Branding, Marketing or related field. Includes 3 year of management experience in leading recruitment, human resources or service centered teams.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong understanding of analyzing recruitment product offerings, candidate behavior and market dynamics and ability to assess and create competitive analyses, opportunities and market segmentation.
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking in a constructive and candidate-centric approach; expected to demonstrate strategic creative thinking.
- Ability to thrive in the ambiguity of innovation while inspiring teams to deliver with an overall optimistic and positive attitude
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, training and holding others accountable. Proven record of leading diverse groups of people to achieve desired results.
- Experienced in leading integrated, multi-media campaigns, developing recruitment brand positioning and brand strategy and measuring outcomes.
- “Self-starter” with strong planning and organizational skills; proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight project deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media resources, terminology and applications, including content development and trend analysis.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices. Ability to explain SEO/SEM strategies and tactics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely, and comfortably communicate with clients and vendors.
- Motivated to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a variety of candidates and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
