The Clinical Sales Manager oversees account development, product training, and customer relations while executing strategic sales initiatives for a medical device company.

Job Description
This position is responsible for delivering against strategically aligned business unit objectives through management of key account development, surgeon training and education goals, targeted product launch initiatives to customers and sales representatives, and engaging with sales representatives to develop their skills, maintain existing customer relationships, and expand the customer base.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of dedicated strategic sales product training and development initiatives within F&A.
- Identify and convert target surgeons working with DOSs, RSMs, and Sales Reps through dedicated sales product training and development.
- Develop curriculum and course content, and implement in-field and headquarter training initiatives, along with sales enablement.
- Identify, prioritize and execute key field based training activities for sales force and medical education events for customers, along with RSMs.
- Develop professional and sales relationships by actively engaging with Physicians, key customers, and accounts.
- Partner with R&D and Marketing to identify future product needs and maximize impact on any ongoing and future projects.
- Partner with Medical Education team to identify future needs for courses/trainings, develop and create course curriculums and agendas, and implement objectives at Med Ed events.
- Active participation, whether virtually or in-person, in team meetings and/or leadership initiated meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or sales, clinical or related degree.
- 4+ years in sales and/or marketing. Medical device experience preferred.
Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
