The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current, active state nursing license.

Pay Range

$35.50 - $53.25

Major Responsibilities  

  • ​​Medical Product Deployment: Coordinate the strategic introduction and integration of new medical products and technologies into clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.  
  • Clinical Resource Optimization: Manage and optimize the use of clinical resources—including personnel, equipment, and supplies—to improve efficiency and support high-quality patient care. 
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution of clinical initiatives. 
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams and Product Implementation Task Force meetings to drive project progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across departments. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with healthcare providers, internal teams, and external suppliers to align goals, coordinate efforts, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new products. 
  • Communication & Coordination: Promote effective communication across all levels of the organization to support cohesive planning, execution, and follow-up on clinical resource initiatives. 
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators related to resource utilization and product deployment, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance clinical operations, streamline supply chain activities, and support long-term strategic goals.

Minimum Job Requirements 

Education

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in nursing required or 7+ years RN plus associated healthcare resource or materials management experience.

Certification / Registration / License 

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which teammate practices 

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in acute care clinical setting, complemented by demonstrated expertise in healthcare supply chain or related disciplines.       

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards  
  • ​​​​Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, operations, and best practices​​​ 
  • ​​​Critical thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making​​ 
  • ​​Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • ​​​Effective communication and interpersonal skills
