The divisional Client Experience Executive is responsible for cultivating and growing relationships within key identified divisional clients to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and strengthen Weatherby’s overall partnership with the Client. The Client Experience Executive will be instrumental in positioning Weatherby apart from the competition by partnering with specialty teams to ensure a cohesive approach, identifying the Clients key objectives and providing support towards those efforts. This person will help to develop and execute a strategic account plan, schedule virtual and in person strategic meetings. Strategic business acumen, informal leadership skills, operational excellence and ability to facilitate strategic discussions internally and externally are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagement strategy to conduct high-value client- facing activities with key identified divisional clients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding client expectations at every touch point.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new relationships with C-suite and VP level contacts offering a higher level of partnership that will help us to meet our client’s workforce solution needs.
  • Maintain oversight of accounts to drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction (measured through Net Promoter Score) and build high level relationships, with the objective of expanding their business.
  • Maintain regular and ongoing dialogue and direct contact with existing clients to build relationships and influence decisions.
  • Provide support to implement new solutions to meet client needs.
  • Build relationships with prioritized clients and their decision-makers to mitigate risk and build strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain and execute strategic Client Development Plans with at least quarterly updates for all assigned clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, such as virtual strategy meetings and on-site client visits.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems and put strategic plans in place to address customer needs as requested.
  • Maintain and update client information in database.
  • Negotiate client contracts, addendums and renewals and serve as agent in making contractual commitments on behalf of the company.
  • Successful at planning targets and cold calling to establish new contacts within current client health systems.
  • Be adept at communicating the value of CHG’s technology suite, such as Locumsmart and CHG Connect and influence client buying decisions towards CHG preference.
  • Skillfully understand the competitive landscape and mitigate competitive risks, including identifying opportunities to partner with or hand off to ECS.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in development and growth of divisional clients
  • Proven, successful track record of hitting sales goals and quotas
  • Solutions-focused approach to clients
  • Influential written and oral communication skill at a professional level
  • Effective public speaking and information presentation skills
  • Successful and proven sales, negotiating and closing capabilities, in long service-oriented sales cycle
  • Experience in providing a high degree of customer service
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands/divisions

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in healthcare staffing
  • Appropriate professional account management and outside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
  • Ability to understand healthcare systems
  • Ability to target and sell to high level decision makers
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communication
  • Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $60,000-- $250,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
