Job Description

The Client Executive will have the responsibility in a named account environment generating revenue growth and managing the overall client relationship. You will develop and maintain close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements. This role serves as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact for each client, helping them leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to drive lending, risk management, and fraud prevention. You will also be responsible for uncovering new opportunities by proactively cultivating relationships with new partners across the financial services industry.

  • You will collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunities.
  • You understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions.
  • You will develop forecasts, advance pipelines, and ensure delivery of solutions.
  • You will identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships.
  • You will challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with your teammates and customers to develop your skills as a leader.
  • This is a remote position, but you must live in the West Region of the U.S.
  • You will report to the VP of Preferred Sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5 + years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within financial services.
  • Understanding of customer priorities and the initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Generate and develop new business both within an existing book of business through prospecting.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
