Our Story

TopDog Law is not your typical law firm. We're a nationally scaling personal injury firm built for impact and growth — owning the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We believe that world-class marketing, paired with exceptional legal talent and operations, creates better experiences and outcomes for clients and the business alike.

Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. Now we're applying that same discipline and innovation to firm operations, case management, and national scale — intentionally building the infrastructure, systems, and teams to grow without sacrificing quality, culture, or accountability.

We are a fully remote team that share trust, open communication, and a commitment to doing great work. If you love ownership, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

The Claims Verification Supervisor oversees daily operations of the claims verification team, ensuring accurate and timely review of claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a high-ownership role focused on team performance, quality control, and process improvement — measured by accuracy rates, turnaround times, and denial reduction.

What You Will Own

Team Leadership

  • Manage workload distribution to meet turnaround time (TAT) standards
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training on claims procedures and compliance

Claims Oversight & Quality

  • Audit completed claims to identify errors and training opportunities
  • Serve as escalation point for complex or high-value claims
  • Enforce verification standards and internal controls to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track KPIs including accuracy rates, TAT, denial rates, and productivity
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Report team performance and claim outcomes to senior management

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Stay current on payer rule changes and industry best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with billing, underwriting, compliance, and legal teams

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3–5 years of claims processing or verification experience
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a claims or operations environment
  • Strong understanding of claims adjudication, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • Clear communicator; able to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
