Manage ATS hygiene, reporting, and commission tracking while using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to automate and scale hiring processes.

Lead TopDog's reputation strategy and execution: build the founder platform, run earned media, enable attorney public presence and recruiting communications, position the firm for referrals, tell the firm's tech/process story, amplify wins, develop narrative and transition messaging, own crisis response, and manage PR agencies and vendors in partnership with CMO and General Counsel.
