In this role, you will:
- Partner closely with senior Rates & FX salespeople and banking relationship managers to provide comprehensive risk management services to Wells Fargo's clients
- Analyze, aggregate, and present financial information to support derivative products
- Price, structure, and execute interest rate and currency transactions directly with clients
- Provide daily front office support functions, including, but not limited to, trade processing and responding to customer service requests
- Develop client pitch materials, hedge analyses, marketing materials, and deal documents
- Generate timely interest rate and currency market updates to support client engagement and business development efforts
- Provide analytical support for corporate finance, traders, and senior sales team
- Develop expertise in interest rate and foreign exchange markets, hedging strategies, and derivative products
- Work effectively with all support areas to deliver a superior client experience
- Prioritize to successfully execute a wide range of internal processes, client requests, and transactions of varying complexity
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and support platform-wide initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Dodd-Frank and regulatory rules
- 6+ months of Markets experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in financial markets, foreign currencies, or derivatives
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, proactiveness, and a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and desire to learn
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
