In this role, you will:
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and control integrity of data and documentation across the lending lifecycle; participate in loan administration initiatives, execution of day-to-day operational processes, data reconciliations and adherence to established risk and control standards
  • Participate in or provide support for low-complexity initiatives related to framework and control execution within Corporate & Investment Banking Lending Operations as a middle office function
  • Provide transactional support, lending processing fundamentals, policy and procedure comprehension
  • Support low-complexity loan administration and possibly closing activities, review basic loan documentation and policies, perform credit research and project-related analysis under supervision
  • Collaborate with team members and follow established processes
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained
  • Support low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact within the functional area
  • Assist with documenting execution frameworks, control activities, and related procedures
  • Perform assigned work under direction from a supervisor, exercising judgment within defined parameters; develop a working understanding of functional processes, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal customers as applicable
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of banking operations, finance, credit, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems
  • Ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic, global environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills
