About 7AI

7AI is the foundational AI security company. Founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit, we came out of stealth in February 2025 to take on the non-human work of the SOC. Our platform pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents that detect, investigate, respond, and hunt, plus dedicated threat hunting and threat intelligence, with humans on the loop.

Backed by $166 million in total funding from investors including Index Ventures and Blackstone, we're building the AI foundation for security operations in the agentic era, and we're still early. That's the appeal: you'll join at a pivotal stage where your work shapes what 7AI becomes, alongside security veterans who've built this before. Our culture runs on respect, collaboration, and a shared bar for excellence, all pointed at one goal, delivering real outcomes for the customers who trust us to defend them.

Overview

As a Channel Sales Engineer, you'll be one of the first technical hires supporting our channel strategy. You'll work closely with Channel, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to help partners position and demonstrate the 7AI platform. You'll act as the technical bridge between 7AI and our partners: building their confidence in our technology, supporting partner-led deals, and helping turn partnerships into long-term customer success.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for channel partners, including VARs and strategic alliances.

  • Enable partner sales and technical teams through training, workshops, certifications, and ongoing technical guidance.

  • Support partner-led sales opportunities: join discovery sessions, technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Value engagements.

  • Help partners position and differentiate the 7AI platform in customer environments.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner leadership, solution architects, and security practitioners.

  • Work with Channel Account Managers to build joint account strategies and grow pipeline through the partner ecosystem.

  • Build technical demos and partner-facing enablement content that show the value of the 7AI platform.

  • Gather feedback from partners and customers to shape product roadmap priorities and improve the partner experience.

  • Create reusable technical assets, including reference architectures, deployment guides, and best practices that help partners succeed.

  • Represent 7AI at partner events, conferences, webinars, and technical workshops as a subject matter expert.

  • Improve channel enablement programs, technical certifications, and partner onboarding over time.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Channel Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity.

  • Experience working with channel partners, including VARs, MSSPs, distributors, cloud marketplaces, or strategic alliance organizations.

  • A track record supporting partner-driven enterprise sales motions and complex technical evaluations.

  • Expert knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and modern threat landscapes.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across partner organizations and internal teams.

  • Experience creating technical enablement materials, partner training programs, and scalable sales assets.

  • Strong leadership presence, a collaborative mindset, and a high degree of ownership.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI, automation, machine learning, or emerging security technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting, integrations, APIs, or security tooling.
