About the Role

Location: East Coast

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Channel Account Manager to join our team, based on the east coast. This is a high-impact role with both strategic and operational responsibilities: managing and expanding our channel ecosystem while also owning the region from a business perspective.

You’ll lead local partner strategy, execute joint go-to-market plans, and be the key driver for regional growth — working alongside global sales, marketing, and enablement teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the business in the region: drive growth and expansion through the channel while representing Pentera’s interests locally
  • Develop strategic account plans with key partners to grow adoption of Pentera’s platform
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships within partner organizations
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure partner accountability on pipeline and revenue targets
  • Conduct regular enablement sessions: training, certification, sales play execution
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align territory plans with partner capacity
  • Act as the primary contact for all partner activities in the region — from onboarding to field execution
  • Attend key industry events and drive local brand awareness through partner collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within a cybersecurity or SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs)
  • Experience working with large cybersecurity channel partners (such as CDW, SHI, Optiv, Guidepoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in owning a region and driving channel-led revenue growth
  • Skilled in partner enablement, joint planning, and co-selling strategies
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Resume must be submitted in English

We are an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, colour, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, medical condition, disability, or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds to join us!
