Our commitment to our people is built on four pillars:

  • We build from within.
  • We stand behind our people.
  • We foster an environment for constant learning.
  • We engineer change for a more stable and sustainable world.

YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We're looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in a remote-first capacity, with hybrid expectations for candidates local to Easton, PA. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind how Victaulic's people adopt and sustain change — partnering with project teams and business stakeholders to build the strategy, tools, and communication that turn initiatives into lasting practice. You'll work closely with project and business leaders across the organization to keep change efforts aligned with broader business goals. This is an opportunity to build the change management function's tools, frameworks, and metrics from the ground up as Victaulic's EPMO continues to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

  • Design and implement change management strategies in partnership with business and project leaders, ensuring smooth and effective adoption of initiatives
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback throughout the change process to build trust and drive alignment
  • Assess organizational change readiness through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and tailor change strategies based on the findings
  • Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to anticipate challenges and risks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies
  • Coach and equip leaders with the skills and confidence to guide their own teams through change initiatives
  • Proactively manage resistance to change by identifying root causes and developing collaborative strategies to address concerns
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and materials that convey the purpose, benefits, and impact of change initiatives, liaising with Corporate Communications to keep messaging aligned
  • Partner with Victaulic's training team — and independently build training resources when needed — to prepare employees to work in new ways
  • Run retrospectives with key stakeholders after each change effort, feeding lessons learned into future initiatives
  • Stay current on emerging change management trends, tools, and methodologies, and maintain feedback loops to sustain adoption over time

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Change Management
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or Human Resources
  • A proven track record of leading change initiatives from inception to completion
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate across the company at all levels
  • Strong project and program management experience
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci) or similar certification
  • A confident, energetic, self-motivated approach with a strong drive to succeed
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to navigate a complex, cross-functional organization without relying on formal authority

WHAT WE OFFER

Build A Better Career

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
  • Career development programs and internal promotion pathways—we build from within
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities

Build A Better Future

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plans with company match
  • Life insurance and disability coverage

  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements where applicable
  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness resources
  • Inclusive, team-oriented culture where people look out for one another
