Build and lead a proposals function: design workflows and governance, develop scalable proposal processes, own end-to-end proposal development, write and edit persuasive content, maintain a reusable content library, set and track KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive winning, on-brand proposals.

Provide Tier 1/2 Workday support, process HRIS transactions, maintain data integrity, run and assist with reports, support testing/UAT, document processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Support supplier qualification and management for North American prefabrication: conduct product/process audits, validations, PFMEA/control plans, corrective actions, supplier development, and facility liaison duties. Drive supplier qualification, communicate with sourcing/internal customers, and implement process improvements. Requires frequent supplier travel.

Outside sales role responsible for territory development and account management. Learn and promote Victaulic products, pursue projects from design through commissioning, coordinate internal support, build relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors, deliver jobsite training and demos, meet sales targets, and travel within the assigned territory.

Drive specification and business development for Victaulic within the Life Sciences sector. Prioritize target accounts, execute market box strategies, capture project intelligence in Salesforce, influence owners/engineers, expand account penetration, manage project handoffs, and stay current on market and competitor trends. Build industry relationships and represent the company in trade organizations to grow commercial/mechanical opportunities across an assigned territory.
