RESPONSIBILITIES

CROSS-CAMPUS COLLABORATION

  • Help execute and communicate church-wide events and initiatives. 
  • Represent campus teams in central planning meetings.
  • Manage timelines, logistics, and follow-up for multi-campus efforts.
  • Provide support to campus leads overseeing each initiative. 
  • Keep communication organized and up-to-date through project management tools.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Creative Project Managers.
  • Collect campus stories and bios as needed.

CAMPUS PASTOR SUPPORT

  • Plan and coordinate meetings and retreats for campus leadership.
  • Assist with setting, tracking, and updating leadership goals.
  • Keep key action items and updates visible for campus pastors.
  • Maintain weekly briefs, spreadsheets, and calendars related to staffing, attendance, and priorities.
  • Recommend agenda items for leadership meetings.
  • Draft and send clear, informative communications.
  • Manage the Central Campus Leadership budget.

CAMPUS MINISTRY APPRENTICESHIP

  • Coordinate communication and onboarding for new apprentices.
  • Build and lead a semester-based marketing plan.
  • Support the interview and placement process for candidates.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for apprentice events and sessions.
  • Oversee program budgets, housing, and internal communications.
  • Schedule regular check-ins and collect project updates.
  • Manage coordination between mentors and the program director.
    MUST-HAVES
    • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
    • Passion for excellence in the areas of communication, administration, and attention to detail
    • Ability to make sound decisions and operate with an awareness of multiple factors: budget, timing, etc.
    • Anticipatory thinker who can see and think through the best ways to support
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
    NICE-TO-HAVES
    • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent life experience
    • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
    • Prior project management experience
    DAY-TO-DAY:
    • We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment.  Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
    • There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced.  We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
    • Yes, we work hard.  But we’re good at playing hard, too.  We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!

    • We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on, and apply the weekly sermon.

    • Assigned to the Blakeney location as a central staff member reporting to the Campus Pastor.
