Purpose
At Electrolux North America, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience across through all consumer touchpoints where this role supports aftermarket experiences such as service and repair and consumer support.
We are now looking for a Director of Finance to support the Aftermarket business as a part of the Consumer Direct Interaction organization within Electrolux NA. The D2C team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering outstanding consumer experiences and profitable growth for Electrolux.
About the role:
As Finance Manager you will drive profitable growth of Aftermarket Sales by developing the necessary tools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controlling aspects of the business. 
You will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams as well as the leaders within the CDI team to establish best-in-class reporting and analytics for the strategic sales channels.  You will provide the financial acumen required to deliver on business strategies, demands, and targets.

What you’ll do:

  • Owner of commercial financial planning processes for Aftermarket business including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan. 
  • Provide weekly snapshot of current month performance versus forecast with insights for corrective action as needed
  • Manage development and reconciliation of off-invoice accrual(s) and related Balance Sheet activities
  • Develop business cases for pricing investments, contract negotiations and other market opportunities 
  • Manage sales and operating planning (“S&OP”) process (commercial) responsibilities 
  • Maintain exceptional accuracy of all topline / commercial accounting and financial reporting
  • Monitor and report performance against selling expense budget(s) and sales compensation plans
  • Responsible for commercial monthly business reviews with executive level commentary on drivers of performance including price, volume, mix and sales promotions vs plan and prior year
  • Coordinate the implementation of standardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis across verticals such as product line and sales channel, including key performance indicators necessary to drive profitable growth
  • Support improvements in financial processes, templates, data, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy Ad-hoc Reports and Presentations as needed by senior management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or supply-chain finance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience
