Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and data-driven Campaign Strategist to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading industry-leading, multi-channel campaigns for Iron Mountain’s digital products that resonate with target customer personas and drive significant business outcomes. You will be joining our newly established Global Campaigns function, a high-impact team dedicated to building brand awareness, consideration, and demand on a global scale.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Lead Global Campaign Strategy: Translate overarching business goals into comprehensive "always-on" campaign strategies, developing globally relevant themes and creative concepts that can be localized for regional markets.
  • Manage the Customer Journey: Collaborate with Product Marketing and external agencies to map the end-to-end customer experience, creating multi-medium content strategies that engage buyers at every touchpoint.
  • Optimize Performance through Analytics: Partner with internal channel owners and Marketing Analytics to build data-informed plans, measuring campaign effectiveness to maximize Return on Investment and refine future execution.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Numerous years of experience in Software as a Service Business-to-Business campaign strategy and management.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated demand generation, digital marketing channels (including paid media), and global-to-local campaign adaptation.
  • Proven ability in data literacy and analytical problem-solving, with a track record of using insights to optimize Return on Investment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional work experience.
