Campaign Manager, Enterprise

Temporal is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving pipeline and revenue growth by designing and executing campaigns that resonate with enterprise accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to bring Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and industry-specific strategies to life, delivering personalized, multi-channel experiences that engage decision-makers and influence buying journeys.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by blending data-driven insights with innovative campaign tactics—helping us reach the right accounts, with the right message, at the right time. If you’re a marketer who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, partnering across teams, and finding creative ways to connect with prospects, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the Campaigns team to develop and manage campaign tactics for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and industry-specific initiatives focused on enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Sales to create and refine account plans for priority ABM targets. Conduct in-depth account research, analyze historical engagement and account data, and identify creative, high-impact approaches for reaching and influencing target accounts.
  • Integrated Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel, integrated campaigns that leverage email, digital advertising, webinars, events, and other demand-generation channels. Ensure campaigns deliver a cohesive, personalized experience across the buyer journey.
  • Measure and Optimize Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels and accounts. Share insights with stakeholders, surface trends, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI. Proactively test new tactics and channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience with Sales Segmentation: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies specific to sales segmentation and regional customization.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing tech, analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CommonRoom, Reo.dev, Asana) to dissect and understand segment-specific data and campaign performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to conceptualize and implement detailed marketing plans that effectively cater to diverse and specific market segments.
  • Communication and Reporting Skills: Exceptional ability in reporting campaign results to stakeholders and translating complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Eagerness to explore new methodologies, adapt strategies based on market feedback, and innovate within the segmentation space.
Compensation
  • The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000-$125,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan
