Our client is seeking analysis of existing HANA Calculation views to make recommendations on how to improve performance.  Our client is attempting to replicate tables from ECC directly into HANA and simulate reporting performance they currently have with existing BW/HANA models with similar scope of data and granularity (level of detail). 

Deliverable: 

COMERIT will meet with the key stakeholders and will: 

  • Review existing HANA Calculation View designs to understand technical requirement and also comparison BW/HANA View designs that are being uses as functional vision 

  • Advise on analysis techniques of HANA performance graphs of existing design and identify either some minor enhancements to the existing design or recommend different HANA view design approach to achieve the performance expectations 

  • Collaborate with client's IT staff to develop/enhance/performance tune new or existing HANA views 

     In scope: 

  • Review in conjunction with internal stakeholders the current state of Analytics  

  • Assist in identifying current analytics shortfalls and opportunities for improvements based on inputs provided by internal stakeholders  

  • Advise on best practices and latest trends in Analytics  

  • Facilitate design thinking sessions focusing on the future state of Analytics

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategizing client's analytics transformation journey and related high-level tactical approach   

Out of scope:   

  • COMERIT is not responsible for applying updated standards to existing reports.  

  • Execute any change or enhancements or perform analysis onto existent systems  

  • Perform system support activities   

  • Vendor management activities
