The Role:
As Business Unit Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for our business unit, overseeing a number of critical areas:
Advanced processing facilities including autoclave and robotics systems
Transport and logistics operations
Customer service excellence
Engage team of managers, operational staff & key stakeholders
Accountable for the overall profitability of the business unit
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or Engineering or equivalent experience
10+ years of operational management experience
Strong track record in regulated industries
Demonstarted excellence in team leadership, engagement and development
Proven success in initiating and driving operational efficiencies
Superior budgeting and P/L management
