WHAT OUR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Monitor, investigate, and analyze authentication-related fraud (e.g., credential stuffing, account takeovers, device spoofing, MFA bypass)
- Develop rules, alerts or models to detect high-risk login or authentication behavior
- Analyze fraud trends across channels (web, mobile app, IVR, customer service, etc.) and recommend authentication enhancement to balance fraud prevention and user experience.
- Partner with engineering, cyber, software development and product team to improve controls and user flows
- Analyzing complex business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems
- Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and observing initiation of the system to validate performance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Business Systems or IT related experience: 2 years or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Abilities: Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; quickly identify business problems and provide solutions; analyze and interpret data; communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Skills: Knowledge of applicable systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
