Why You’ll Love This Role

Are you ready to learn and grow in the world of Enterprise Applications, working at the intersection of business processes, technology, and the future of agentic AI? Cribl is seeking a developing Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who is passionate about systems administration, business analysis, and supporting high-performing teams. In this role, you'll split time between the administration of both Salesforce and ancillary business systems, shadowing and assisting both Product Managers and the Enterprise Applications Engineering team (admins and developers).

Cribl is committed to equipping every member of Enterprise Applications with agentic AI skills to shape, automate, and optimize our business processes. You’ll be mentored and empowered to learn, implement, and continuously improve the use of agentic AI within our toolset—a capability central to the team’s long-term strategy and success.

You’ll help ensure our business systems are running smoothly, assist with process improvements, and contribute to critical projects while developing your skills and knowledge alongside experienced mentors.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering team members to support the administration and optimization of Salesforce and other business applications (e.g., Outreach, RingLead, CPQ, Allbound PRM).
  • Shadow and assist in requirements gathering, process discovery, documentation, and solution design as you develop your analyst skillset.
  • Collaborate in systems configuration, user and permission management, data management, and routine administration tasks across Salesforce and related tools.
  • Participate in quality assurance (QA), troubleshooting, and testing for automations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Support implementation and improvement initiatives by assisting with change management and end-user training.
  • Build relationships across IT and the teams we support, growing your cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Stay curious and keep learning—develop pockets of proficiency, seek feedback, and demonstrate growth mindset through on-the-job learning and mentorship.
  • Shadow colleagues on key projects, developing your judgment and technical expertise through guided hands-on work.
  • Learn and implement agentic AI solutions: You’ll receive formal and informal training on agentic AI tools and practices, progressively taking on responsibility to design, automate, and optimize business system workflows. This includes experimenting with AI-driven automation, contributing to the evaluation and adoption of agentic agents, and helping the team build scalable agentic applications for Salesforce and connected tools.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce administration, including a foundational understanding of Sales Cloud and common GTM applications; experience with ancillary sales and support tools a plus.
  • Some experience with QA/UAT work, managing users and permissions, and supporting business systems in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong desire to grow as a business analyst, systems administrator, and agentic AI practitioner, actively seeking out learning opportunities and feedback.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and creativity; comfort learning new technologies, and a willingness to experiment with AI-driven processes.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data management; experience with bulk data loader tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle routine problems independently, ask clarifying questions, while navigating ambiguity and new challenges with a can-do attitude.
  • Interest in building productive relationships with frequent collaborators—team members, business stakeholders, and power users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear draft documentation and proactively share context.
